You always welcome 'new' talent but as you know, each group interested in the competition offers up a several minute performance video for judging. Perhaps repeat groups presented talent that had promise last year. We can only hope all the finalists showcase their best and brightest. Mistakes can be made by second guessing! As entryinstructions stated- "You do not have to record the songs that you’ll be competing with, but it will not hurt your chances!" There is a reason they became finalists afterall. Its a really welcomed change! 3 of the same groups did get chosen again so kind of dissappointed in that but the show still should be amazing cant wait.
